Through this partnership, BSL ensures comprehensive training, counseling, and post-placement support for candidates seeking healthcare careers overseas.

Standard Process for Training and Deploying Nurses Abroad

Minimum qualification required for Nurses and General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) for an overseas career is BSc, or MSc.

Candidates must clear IELTS or OET certification with BSL's assistance and bear the costs for the same

BSL supports candidates in gathering the necessary documentation for overseas employment and NMC registration.

Once NMC documentation is verified, candidates will need to complete the CBT exam in India, which grants them Pre-Registered Nurse status.

Subsequently, BSL arranges interviews with hospitals and care facilities.

BSL shares candidate profiles with job providers and circulates in the job market.

If selected, candidates are sent overseas upon receiving the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) or a work visa. Upon arrival, they obtain the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).

After immigrating, candidates are required to work with their employers and undergo training side-by-side, including the OSCE exam, which takes place abroad.

Employers provide training for the OSCE exam.

Candidates have a maximum of three attempts to pass the OSCE. If unsuccessful, they must return and can restart the procedure only after a six-month gap.

Successful completion of the OSCE allows candidates to work overseas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM).
